UTK-Drug Test Kit

The UTK Drug Test Kit detects up to 9 types of drugs at the same time. The number and the cut-off values ​​of the substances may vary depending on the request. Thanks to RFID technology (optional) the UTC device determines the types of substances, the cut-off values according to which the tests are performed, whether the kit has previously been used and expiration, without using lot and serial number. In case the kit has already been used or expired, the device warns the user and the analysis does not start in order to prevent from any malicious use.

The Test Kit UTK is disposable (single use) and consists of test strips and oral fluid collection set. In some models, the oral fluid collection pad is integrated with the test kit, while in some models the oral fluid collection pad is separate.

THE COLLECTION METHODS OF ORAL FLUID (SALIVA) SAMPLE 1.ORAL FLUID (SALIVA) COLLECTOR, COLLECTION PAD SEPARATE TYPE
The saliva sample is collected by means of saliva collector. The collected sample is squeezed into the saliva housing and the cap of saliva housing is closed. The dropper of saliva housing is opened and 3 drops are dripped on the strips in each small window in the test kit. After all test strips of test kit start to change color into red in drug detection window, the test kit is inserted in the correct form (see the UTC User Manual) into the slot in the UTC Drug Tester. Please follow the instructions in the User Manual.


2.ORAL FLUID (SALIVA) COLLECTOR, COLLECTION PAD INTEGRATED TYPE

The saliva collector cap of ARMAS UTK kit is opened and the saliva sample is collected/taken by means of saliva collection pad. The sufficient amount of saliva sample is collected if the colors of all strips in drug detection window start to change into red. The saliva collector cap is closed and the test kit is inserted in the correct form into the slot in the UTC device.
